Terms & Conditions
These terms describe how we work together when you book an experience or a transfer with Tunatail Fishing.
Booking
A booking becomes final once we confirm the date, boat and price by email or WhatsApp. Inquiries alone are not a confirmed reservation.
Payment
Payment is agreed per booking. We tell you the total, currency and payment method (cash or bank transfer) in the confirmation.
Weather and safety
Sea and weather conditions decide whether we can sail. If the captain judges conditions unsafe, we reschedule or fully refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Later cancellations may be charged if the boat cannot be rebooked.
Guest conduct
For everyone's safety, please follow the captain's instructions on board. Life vests are provided for children and non-swimmers.
Liability
We hold valid nautical licences and insurance for our fleet and guests during the tour. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.
