Tunatail Fishing is a private boat operator based in Poreč, Croatia. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you submit a form (contact, create your trip, experience inquiry) we receive your name, email, phone (if given), preferred date and time, group details and your message. We also automatically log your IP address and browser user agent for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare an offer and organise your trip. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions and returning guests. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who processes data for us
Our website hosting, database, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and email delivery (Mailgun via our infrastructure provider) run on trusted EU/EEA-compatible services. They only process data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data by writing to the email below. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
